Our maintenance program includes a roof survey conducted twice a year during the spring and fall. It categorizes all roof areas and identifies their conditions. A visual inspection of the exterior walls of the entire structure is made to look for obvious signs of movement, stains, drain pipes misalignment and physical damage. A walkthrough of the building interior is conducted to look for signs of leakage, and a roof top inspection is carried out to look for signs of deterioration of roof membranes, assess the condition of the related roof components and drainage systems, and check for accumulation of debris. If required, scans and infrared surveys will be performed to identify areas of possible moisture within the roof system.

An inspection report is written in easy to understand language to document the findings of our survey together with pictures of the problem areas. It includes our assessment of priorities and recommendations for improvement and maintenance of the roofing system to ensure you obtain maximum value for your investment.
